Join us to celebrate the animals and help raise some money for Sanctuary One, an animal rescue and care farm in the Applegate Valley! Food trucks will be on site, along with animal art, music for dancing and RoxyAnn wine. The artist reception (4-7PM) is free, with 100% of art sales proceeds benefitting Sanctuary One. The band starts at 6PM, with a $10 cover charge, where half is donated to Sanctuary One! Advance reservations for tables of 8 are available for $70 by calling the tasting room at 541-776-2315. 
Join me, and other animal lovers, for a fun evening at Grizzly Peak Winery! It’s a silent auction event with wine, appetizers, music and more, to help pay for an increase in animal intake at Sanctuary One.

It will feel a bit sad to take these Sanctuary One paintings, and the Doxie painting, down from the main reception and waiting area at Ashland Community Hospital next week. My husband works at the hospital and walks past them several times a day, so I hear that there are often small kids with their parents looking at the sweet animal faces and commenting on them. The paintings will be split up and move back to my home studio, the Ashland Art Center, and to Starbucks on the south side of Ashland in early June. Greeting cards and magnets with these images will still be available at the hospital upstairs in the outpatient waiting area.

They’re back – “A Hog and a Kiss” Valentine’s Day Cards, featuring Lisa from Sanctuary One! Cards are $4 at the Ashland Art Center, Ashland Community Hospital and online in my Etsy shop. Ten percent of the sales price is donated to Sanctuary One, our local farm sanctuary/care farm in Jacksonville!

Five of my Sanctuary One animal paintings are featured at the downtown Ashland Starbucks through the end of October. Today, “Ferdinand” replaced “Peeking Pekin”, which sold over the weekend!
I will soon be happily writing a check to Sanctuary One, as 10% of my sales from these paintings and associated prints/cards is donated to help them with animal care and rescue.
